Following the VOLATA series of solid wood tables we have now developed another project for the Swiss collection Tossa: PRIMAVERA is a collection of outdoor furniture. All substructures consist of fibre cement, with the surfaces made from massiv wood battens. While Tossa has so far exclusively worked in the area of massiv wood, this collection uses new production methods and opens new possibilities. The fibre cement substructures are produced with female moulds. The combination of wood and fibre cement as materials is contemporary and very interesting in terms of production technology and ecological value.

Fibre cement is a robust material, consisting almost exlusively of minerals and water. The material is very contemporary and ecologically sustainable. The parts are produced with great care in Eternit’s hand moulding plant.
