The wooden chair is the third product for the Collection Wogg. The aesthetic of the chair is influenced by the choice of moulded plywood as a material. The moulding of plywood is an old technique which has seen rapid developments in recent years due to the introduction of CNC cutting machines. Complex components can be inserted into the moulding machines and pressed directly with the plywood. This method opens up new possibilities for shaping and constructing objects.
In collaboration with Wogg we explore these technical possibilities and develop corresponding designs.

AXPO Streetlamp

THERMOS Pot
The concept of the THERMOS plays with the culture of coffee. Drinking coffee often has a social dimension: having a cup of coffee together, taking time to discuss things and exchange views. That was one of the focus areas for the project, whose other emphasis was on transporting the drink. The idea was that pot and cups would transform into a compact product which would fit into a bag when travelling.

ATELIER PFISTER Lamp
Atelierpfister asked us to develop a family of lamps for living spaces. Our first step was to contact the manufacturer. His expertise in working with aluminium inspired and motivated us. As a result we created lamps that resemble colourful flower blossoms. They can be placed on a surface, hung from the wall or ceiling, or attached to any other object.

PRIMAVERA Outdoorfurniture
Following the VOLATA series of solid wood tables we have now developed another project for the Swiss collection Tossa: the PRIMAVERA The core of the design consists of substructures of fibre cement. Our inspiration to work with this exciting material was influenced both by the production technique, which suits the Tossa approach perfectly, and by the ecological relevance of the material.
